I used to work for H & Block for 20 years in office, retired in 2020, and have used the software since then for 5 yrs, and I love how easy it is to use, I love using it and recommend it to anyone doing their taxes online.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Easy to import documents, Fast
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easy to use!

I have been using H&R Tax software for years and have always been confident that the tax filing has been thorough and complete with the Federal and State always accepting the results!

Mostly good but can't reopen returns to file them.

Terrible experience

Terrible experience with the H&R Block Mac app. It offers zero guidance, making it no better than filing paper taxes. The app lacks a document upload feature for auto-filling, and many field names don't match the actual tax documents.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

software needs work

Errors made by software, very difficult to navigate back to correct.
uploading W2 from photo from cell phone (option given by software) is where errors occurred..
Cons: Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
