Your software for my initial filing was good as always, but I found the directions and procedure when I needed to do an amended return was not so easy and was clunky and failed to properly save my first attempt so wasted a bunch of time.
Pros: Easy to import documents

Software was excellent. Had an issue with the tax file transmission. System would finalize the return, try to submit the return, fail, and still charge me for the state submission. I have 5 charges for the state submission. took be a while to realize it was an update issue. Once I got the software updated, everything submitted correctly, I still have the extra issues on my credit card...

Deeply disappointed that I was not able to file electronically. Problem was that there was apparently a mismatch between data fed had on some 1099's and what I had. Unfortunately there was no way that data could be identified without me calling each 1099 source.There had to be a better way. This has never happened before with other tax prep software.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
