The software functioned adequately and I was able to complete my taxes. I ran into a couple of bugs which I've reported. This is the first year that I've had bugs which changed my tax amounts. If I hadn't caught the incorrect updates, I would have seriously overpaid my taxes. The feature I'm most happy with is that it runs on computers running older operating systems.

It was easy enough to use and seemed to put everything in the right spot but it lacks the bells and whistles that Turbo Tax gives you. When I upgrade to Win 11, I will return to Turbo Tax.

I purchased the deluxe that hade the federal and state software. Downloaded and didn’t start in my taxes that day. I did my federal first as I always do, then when it came Time to do my state I couldn’t access the state program. I had downloaded. Long story short I had to end up paying for just the state software to complete my taxes. I’ve never had this issue and was very frustrated by the whole thing.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
