I bought this some time ago and was then able to download it when it became available. This is about the fourth or fifth year that I've used H&R software. I have been pleased with it with one notable exception.I live in NY state and the state issued inflation reducton checks this past year. It was my understanding that the amount received was not taxable by the state, but was taxable by the federal government. I found no specific place in the federal software to add that to my federal income. Also, the state did not issue a 1099G for that income.

Online program wipes out all my progress and filing info, family info at child credit part. Waited close to 10 days for resolution to ticket, until I called and they didn't even start on it. Then help desk person cleared something where I would start over, the stuck in a loop on first page.
