Could not get the software to import a complicated statement from my investment company and HandR block was unable to troubleshoot its own error code.
Cons: Hard to import documents

Have used H & R block software for several years. Overall easy to use and thorough. And good price point!! This year some of the guidance around distribution from retirement accounts was confusing and unclear. Was able to track down direction outside of software.
