Federal process is logical and complete. I have seen errors and incomplete steps in the state preparation software (Oregon). State is also expensive to file electronically.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

A fairly good program, but doesn't have the capability to generate an amended return from a previous year and file electronically. It doesn't encourage itemized deductions when warranted.
