I have used your software for years but this year’s software is a disaster. Individual income we input was swtching between person. We reported the problem to no avail. It’s a total failure. As soon as we try to save our input, the figures switch to another person. This is almost a guaranteed audit this year because of your software’s failure. We are not satisfied at all.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare

I have bought this product year after year, but I do not think it is necessarily better than competitors. It does, however, use past data. The cost is comparable. I would like more help at the end when issues are brought up.
