I’ve used H&R Block software for the past 13 years. There been improvements over the years but it’s basically the same program, which is good and predictable. I like the information carrying over from the previous years.

I have used HR Block Federal/State for over 25 years and have always been very please until this year. I made an error on the federal pin so my fed form was rejected and I needed to correct it. To refill I also had to refill the state form. I was charged TWICE for the state file. This seems rather unfair si I downgraded my rating.
