I have used this tax product for 5+ years and have been satisfied with it. However, this year the code to submit your 5 free federal files (which typically pre-populates), populated aan incorrect code. Scares you while you are trying to figure out why your returns aren't being sent. So not a flat 4 star... more like 4.5.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

I would give a 5 but for one problem that cauksed me to file on paper. The soft ware would not accept any number or no number for an income item from a foriegn country. Should have been a way to manage this, but there was not. This required my entire tax return to have to be printed and mailed.

Cons: Hard to prepare
