Try to purchase on my phone and did not receive my code to down load software. Had to purchase at the store and then the code didn't work.

Overall easy to use. I was confused that the overall deductions page did not show either the standard deduction nor the elderly deduction. It was only visible on the summary page. Answers to questions posed to AI were not helpful and finding a call in number was impossible.
