I have used this product for YEARS and have never experienced any problems. My only comment is, WHY AM I STILL GETTING UPDATES long after I files my taxes. I would hope by the time I Am able to file, your updates would be complete. Makes me wonder if my return has errors because it was filed before you finished adding updates??

Great federal return, state return barely adequate

Federal was fine. State omitted a form for EV road use tax that must be filed with the return, or filed separately and a copy submitted along with the return. C'mon, Block, include the form in the return so I don't have to do it by hand, write a separate check, mail them in, prepare a pdf of the form, and attach the pdf to the Block state return. This is an opportunity to outshine the competition.

When taxes are approved, it only shows the amounts on the Federal and State at left side up...But it does not show the name of the taxpayer....
