Our first year using the software after years of using a tax specialist. Our state refund did not match what the software reported it would be. The software calculated return was reduced by last year’s refund. I still have no idea why.
Pros: Easy to import documents
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
