The IRS letter provides support for withholding entry of the refund amount claimed. They wanted copies oʻ:Forms w-2 '1099-R which I have but they want Form-2G.
I don't have a Form-2G nor did I claim any Gambling Winnings.
I had three people review my return, and they didn't find an item entry that would require a Form-2G.
When they receive my answer to their request they will issue any refunds due to me in 8 TO 10 WEEKS.

Has been better than the other tax software I used previously. Only problem is they asked for my adjustment income from the last year and they should be able to import it since it's the same program
