I have been using it for years. i have never had a problem with the IRS and have gotten refunds promptly. I would reccomend it to anyone because of the ease of use. It takes any fear of the IRS away.

TurboTax is better but it's overpriced. H&R Block interface is less user-friendly. The state program is nearly useless, confusing and contradictory instructions.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It came without a state tax program and so I had to pay extra for not shopping around. I felt that you had not offered you best price online and I learned a hard lesson!
