Like Product Big Flaw

Use this product for the past couple of years, this year I owed money and went through the steps to pay with a credit card but it did not show up, learning about this after the due date
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I found it easier to use than Turbo Tax because the language was easier to understand. Plain English. No weird terms without a definition. Completely took my fear of doing my own taxes away.

I feel this product has changed to become more cumbersome and harder to use. Some specific items do not help with what information to enter and the help features (including AI) only refer to IRS publications (which are very hard to read & understand).
There should be more help with college saving accounts (like 529's), Social security, Roth IRA's, to name a few.
I feel the program was easier to use in the past.
I have used this program for over 15 years.

Import for 1099-B produces unusable results. I will not use the import again. The import results in every single trade being imported, and there must be a line limit because not all items appear. When you have multiple trades for a single stock, they can be entered as VAR. I had to delete every line item, then manually input.
The application also messes up rounding. When inputting individual amounts that will be adding up to a grand total, it would be better to not round up until the final sum.
Pros: Maximizes refund, Fast
