Makes doing my own taxes easy, efficient and accurate. It brings forward info from last year's tax return, saving time and insuring accuracy. Good advice but AI answers to questions are very general so not often helpful.

I've used H&R Block software for at least a decade and am quite satisfied with it. This year they added AI Tax Assist. I found it to be very usefull. I could ask a question and get a good usefull answer without having to talk to a person. You know how you want an answer to a question, but you don't know how to ask it, and you want to talk to a human who can read between the lines and help you figure out what you are trying to ask? Well, the AI assist worked great for this kind of scenario.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works as advertised. That said, it is sometimes clunky to go to a specific entry to confirm, update, etc. Navigation appears to be built upon the premise "we will lead you through, and you shall follow...."
