Had trouble establishing email contact with you. Took days to finally get an email from you. When I did, I got 14 one day, eight the next. Tried to point out where there were problems in your software. You don't speak to clients about software. Your automated help function isn't helpful at all. "Sorry, I can't answer that question. I can tell you . . . "

The 2025 program was easy to use, had helpful explanations when I needed to understand more, program was up to date on new IRS regulations (such as QCDs), always has all the right forms and the 5 e-files make submitting the return a simple task.
