Failed to solve problem with importing tax forms from fidelity on joint return. Never got a call back. Notified block early. Wasted a lot of time. I was asked to debug the problem even though I gave a precise explaination of he problem.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I have used this tax software for 20+ years. Everything was great this year, except the fact that I was unable to download my 1099 brokerage information from Fidelity. This was a major issue and I had to spend 2 hours manually inputting this information.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
