I bought this because my previous last 2 years returns where done with it and it was easy to pull over previous data. The software is easy to use to enter basic data and pull in data from your financial institutions. The only problem I had was to get answers to more complicated issues and how best to input them. I tried online help but that did not work well so I ended up going into the local office to resolve

I have an ongoing problem with the program. It always tells me that I have to add a statement to give to New Jersey, telling them why the state interest income differs from the federal interest income, but does not tell me what the program does to come to those two numbers.

Have used this software for many yrs. I'd like to have several features in 2026 software to include a "ZOOM" command, ability to print any page @ will, & make AI better & more informed about tax questions about how to handle....... (example 1098 T & 1099 Miscellaneous).

The tax program itself works well. The online Help is TERRIBLE! It uses AI to provide help. Both of the 2 questions I asked were not answered! In the past the software had help within the program itself.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast
