I had K-1 and K-3 for which I received little help, The program basically seems "say fill out the IRS forms yourself"! But this is an area I need the most help with.

It worked as far as I can tell. The Fed had an item it wanted me to fix and I did. However, it continued to want me to fix it even though looking at the form the problem was no longer there. So, I chose to ignore it.

This software is complete garbage, and it is unfortunate that there are no other options between this a the only other competitor. Year after year the same bugs including where the free state install fails and you are forced to pay for the free state.

I like H&R Block better than Turbo Tax, however, I don't know why you charge more for your software than Amazon charges for the same thing. You should give your customers a bigger break.
