had problems loading software on laptop. Had to call help desk to get it loaded. The young lady on the other end was very helpful!
Cons: Hard to import documents

I've been using it for many years and am satisfied. The printed copies of many of the forms and supporting schedules are not formatted to fit normal letter size paper. Every year I expect this issue to be corrected, but it isn't.

Seems it is a bit more complicated then it has to be for someone just taking the standard deduction . Could deal with foreign tax credit better . Happy with it overall .
