I have been using HRBlock for years and found that it met my needs. However the 2025 version seemed a little more difficult dig in to find some details. I will continue to use the product as long as the product meets my needs and the price is reasonable.

Started using Block when TT shafted its customers what, 12 years ago? It works. Had good experience with Tech Supp last year. They lost money on me and my installation problem.

This was the 11th year that I have used H&R Block tax software. I was extremely disappointed this year that I was unable, for the first time in 10 years, to download 1099 data from Merrill Lynch. This caused a lot of extra time on my part. Other than that major problem, everything else worked very well, as it had in prior years.
