This is the second time I am completing this survey. This does not create confidence in the product. Overall, I do not feel the H&R Block software is as good as Turbo Tax. When If could not get a Turbo Tax disk last year, I decided to give H&R Block a try. The walk-through process seemed quirky, but I assumed I was just used to Turbo Tax and decided to give H&R Block one more try. The walk through is still quirky. Also, I really hated that the verification process concluded with a "possible error." Is it or is it not an error? I had to assume it was not. There were at least two other points in the process where I had to guess at what to do. The help pull downs were of no help. I will be going back to Turbo Tax next year.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
