As I recall in the past I have received a notice as to the new program some time in advance of my need which included offers of a discount if purchased early. Yours is the only tax software I have used for the past:many: years.

I was able to use the software with minimal problems. I have been using H&R tax software for many years so I was pretty familiar with it. It transferred my previous years information which made it easier to use. It incorporated all the new rules and made me feel comfortable that my return was correct.

This application still requires the use to understand a lot about taxes. You must be willing to read and research to understand which options are the best and if you are using them correctly..

Only gave me 1 ny state license to e file. Previous years using this product i never had an issue. Its free to file in ny. This needs to be fixed.
