Good, but they keep mailing software to your home each year, unrequested, when you can find cheaper in store or online, thus wasting time and filling junkyard.

Your software is fine and works well. However, pricing for filing the state returns is extremely high and as a result the cost of your software now is not competitive with you competitors.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Once again a flaw in software prevents me from e-filing state return , Software works great , until it doesn't , and one little thing wastes hours of your time......
Cons: Time consuming
