Too expensive. If error or warnings are identified, there is no help to resolve them. Software does not help look for or identify potential ways to save on tax bill.
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund

Got the job done, but not very visually accessible

I struggled to get the numbers entered on a 17” laptop. If there was a way to enlarge the interface, I never found it. I had to have someone with younger eyes than mine check my numbers. I did make a couple of errors that she caught. It’s just not a friendly interface for older eyes or others with imperfect vision.
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents

Overall I think this product is a good software tool for doing yearly Income Taxes. I think they could do a better job with Partnership income/expenses input as each year it seems to be difficult to complete that portion of the taxes

Have used the software for many years without any issues, until this year. I did not know that the IRS will no longer send refund checks, WHICH THE SOFTWARE STILL INDICATED AS AN OPTION that I chose i got a letter from the IRS saying I had to set up an account on their site to claim the refund. It was problem because there are some verifications steps, that I could not do. YOUR SOFTWARE MISTAKE CAUSED ME A LOT OF TIME AND EFFORT TO CORRECT WITH THE IRS.
