I don't think unnecessary form should be loaded, example 1099 was loaded by default, even though I did not need it, cause audit errors with the state until I deleted the form
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

I entered my wife's 1099-R info. It kept changing the name of her employer from her school district to JP Morgan, but would use her school address. Another time it changed her numbers using my numbers. When I closed out from working on my taxes then the next time I open up the program the numbers/name would change.
Then, I deleted everything, re-entered the information and it e-filed & hopefully didn't change.
2) I tried to e-file my state taxes but it said I had an error b/c the taxable amount wasn't entered when it was. I even tried re-entering it on the worksheet.
3) Then there was no place where I could go for help b/c the robot did not understand what was happening.
Then, I deleted everything, re-entered the information and it e-filed & hopefully didn't change.
