It works fine if you know something about taxes, but if you don't, there are check marks you could miss. Needs more q and a and less "check this" also, for the price should get 1 free state tax submission.
Cons: Hard to prepare

I normally would have rated it higher, but the system asked me to enter my activation code 2 time ( I have 5 free federal filings). Now I have 2 pending charges for the state filing . My mom has used this program for years, and this is the first time this has happened.

I bought the software early to receive the discount. I have used this software for many years and find it easy to use and a great time savings when I can import extensive broker account information. The state software was a bit confusing because I didn't see all the information carried over from my federal submission until I printed the forms at the end. Overall I am really satisfied with this software.
