First year I used your program, have always used TurboTax but after being audited two years in a row because IRS did not see that I had included my RMDs on my return until I broke it down for them, will never use TurboTax again. I did not like the fact that I can not click on an entry and go directly to the page where the figure came from like in TurboTax. Also split pages when reviewing my return made it hard to see what was happening. I have been doing both home and corporate taxes for over 50 years.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I have been using your soft ware for a long time and have always been pleased with it. It seems to cover everything and is mostly easy to understand. I is very hard to get to speak to a person if you have a question. That is my only complaint.

The software is confusing when it comes to fixing errors. It just reports there is an error or problem, but does not tell you where to in the process the error occurred or how to fix it.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Useful software, but didn't catch a simple error

The software greatly facilitates preparation of my federal and state taxes. However, its error checker did not catch that I had incorrectly checked a box on one form, and the IRS rejected my electronic filing. The explanation (presumably from the IRS) that came with the rejection email explained the problem, which was easily corrected and the return was accepted after the correction. I was surprised that the software's error checker had not caught the problem before I filed the return the first time.
Pros: Easy to prepare
I would recommend this to a friend!

This year, however, we found the choice between using the online service and downloading the software to be somewhat confusing. My preference is to download the software rather than use the web-based option. Overall great software!
