There were some quirks that were hard to understand. For example, when I was doing the accuracy check, I kept getting a message to enter my spouse's ssn. I don't have a spouse. The problem when away when I opened each of the lines on the caution list.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used for several years and been very satisfied with the ease of doing and submitting taxes. This year I had questions of the AI function. It could answer none, it just responded with an "I can't answer that". I had to reenter all data on Fec and state return because I couldn't fix a warning/error. Took far more time than anticipated.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents

I purchased the H&R deluxe software. It took a while to learn how to best navigate the software for my situation. It was not always clear what did or didn't pertain to me. I missed that listing your AGI for the previous tax year was your digital signature. Now that I have fumbled through it, I hope next tax year will go a lot smoother.
