Easy to use and transfer year to year. I have it on the federal and state renewal plan. The problem is it charges to file the state. I don’t need 5 federal and no state if the product advertises federal and state.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

I have been using the H&R Block tax program for years. I find it to be the best tax software available. However, I still find year in and year out that there is confusing terminology or explanations, either dealing with investment related subjects, or in some of the help section. I am not that familiar with a lot of that and kind of feel like it needs to be d

I bought this for 2025 returns based on last years use. It was almost as easy to use but did not have a form or two. I had to go find the fill out the forms and input numbers into software program.

I bought this in 2025 but I did not use it until April 2026. After I filed my taxes, my daughter-in-law said that she went online And used H&R Block for free! I’m never buying this again! You charge too much for a senior to do standard with no deductions! It’s a rip off!
