I’ve used this software for about three years now, and overall am very happy. This year, however, data entered did not populate the1099 income worksheet. Therefore, the field for Schedule E did not populate. This also did not show up in the accuracy review. Had I not noticed, the return would’ve been filed incorrectly. I did place a call; however, the agent was not a tax professional and could only advise there were no upcoming fixes for the issue. Making clear, concise information about assistance would be helpful— and I’m not just talking AI help a real person please.

I have been using this software for several years now and never had any issues until this year. The software kept changing information on my W2 and my dependent information all on its own. I couldn't figure out why it was happening but I definitely don't feel confident in this product like I have in past years.
