Not user friendly
Required a form that wasn’t required - foreign income was well under threshold for requiring extra form
State Tax was bad. Did not transfer info on muni bonds from Fed form correctly. Had to override to correct. Then couldn’t submit electrically.

Had to wait until Apr to file because I needed to wait for updates that did not come until Apr. Could not file because I would get an error that said that I need to update to resolve the issue before I could file my return.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Hard to import documents
