It’s the only tax program I feel comfortable with. I have used H&R for the last ten years and have had no issues. I have no reason to want to try any other program.

I've been using HRB Software for probably a couple of decades now. Software always does what it needs to do. But it isn't perfect. Two places where there needs to be improvements: Downloading 1099's: My wife and I both have IRAs and a Joint taxable account at the same brokerage. There is no way to select what gets downloaded from each of our accounts, resulting in duplicated data from our joint taxable account that I have to manually delete. Please, make Form 2210/AI 2210 easier for annualization method users - User the interview to get the data instead of having users manually enter the data into the form.
Pros: Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents
