I have used this software for years and believe it to be more thorough than other products on the market. This year it felt very glitchy. There were several things that it brought up that were not correct (like insisting that there was a 1099-R involved with my young daughter's return) and made me go through a series of questions that I couldn't actually answer. Quite a few times, when hitting a "next" button, it just froze up and the only way I could continue was to close it and reopen it. I have never had these problems in the past, so I cannot give it 5 stars because of the frustration that it caused me.

I was disappointed in how long it took for the depreciation interviews and forms to be available. Normally I finish my taxes in early February and this year the software update I needed was not available until the very end of February.
