I've used this tax software every year since starting my own business in 2014. The user interface is easy to use and the interview process is easy to follow to generate accurate income/expense/investment reporting. I also like that it retains info from the previous year for easier data updates.
Pros: Easy to prepare

There were some areas where the explanation was unclear.
One spot in the final review that kept telling me to uncheck the box but there was no box on that page to uncheck. I logged in and out several times and it finally let me finish the review. Overall the program did not seem fluid. This is my first time to use anything but TurboTax. I’m not impressed but the price was great. I guess I got what I paid for.
