I've been using this software for many years. Unfortunately in the last four years the ability to automatically download updates has stopped working. You have to manually go to the website to download and install them each time. Additionally the license keys for Fed + State never work correctly and require tracking down a human to send a new install file to fix the issue. Four years, same two issues, never a real explanation from support on why.

I have been using the H & R Block Tax Software for many years, so many that I cannot count. This year, as in the past, I am pleased with your product. One year, after hearing numerous ads from your competitor, I decided to try theirs. Not only did it cost more, but it was inferior to your product! That year I ended up buying your software again, even though I spent money on the competitor's software! I am so happy that I did! Keep up the good work!

Lack of imports from Merrill is a huge negative. Will you support imports from Merrill next year If not, i need different tax software.

Used for many years. The software takes you seamlessly to each step. Is I get confused, the search option gets me where I need to go. My experience is that the software does not have any bugs.
