I have used this software for almost 10 years with zero problems. My only issue is I should not have to pay for my state electronic filing. I believe that is just a money grab. In the future I will be filing my state returns by mailing them.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

Worst software that I ever experienced. I only tried it because my computer does not support TurboTax any more. Your program is not user friendly and it would not hook up to ADP. Like TurboTax always has

I've been a satisfied customer for a long time, and continue to use it. My only complaint is about the printing process. I always print out a version and then go over the numbers; I always miss something. The problem is that when I make a mistake on one page, it might change the return in several places. And sometimes I have to print out six unnecessary pages to get a correct version of page 7. That really uses up the ink. Otherwise, I'm quite happy.
