I have used H&R Block tax software for many years, and keep coming back. It has served me well. However, in my opinion, the one thing that needs "fixing" is the credit segment of the AZ state program. It only handles a portion of the available tax credits, which is ok, but when credits are used which are also deductions (e.g., certain charitable organizations), it becomes necessary to iterate, recomputing the state tax multiple times, to arrive at the correct deduction reduction amount.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Easy to import documents

his is my 2nd yr with H & R Block tax prep service. It is FAR BETTER than Turbotax, which I used for several yrs. H & R is easier, more complete with explanations, easier to go back and forth from page to page, and up from with what my exact costs will be! Thanks!
