I find the program easy to follow and work with. My one issue is with trying to decipher or come up with the answer if a serious question arises. I have to guess sometimes on what is right.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Maximizes refund, Fast
Cons: Hard to import documents

For the most part the program is easy to use. One issue i had was inputting the K1 from an inheritance.

I bought deluxe version in December . It seems like there were more updates than in prior years. On the 1040 & 1040 SR forms, Lines 4a and 4b did not populate with my IRA amounts, line 5a did not populate with my pension amount but was lumped in the the IRA totals on line 5b. The combined totals were correct. I reported this to software support and indicated that it was the same last year (2024).
Pros: Easy to prepare

Difficulty filing online difficulty connecting to 2024 charged twice for California electronic filing when I could not file and I have yet to receive a refund Of over $40
