For the most part the software was easy to use, did require some trial and error to complete my return.
Was disappointed that the Schwab interface did not recognize the Brokerage Composite 1099, i had to manually enter the information. I entered as two groups (short term & long term), not sure if that was ok, tax review showed no errors.

1 is not low enough. I used your software last year and said I would not use it again, Shame on me. Last year it did not correctly handle the $6000 reduction on my state for my withdrawal from my 40iK. same this year. Additionally, it would only import 2 of the 3 1099-R forms from my federal to my state. I could not even open the state form and enter the data manually.
Cons: Time consuming, Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Your refusal to honor my pc loaded with Windows 7 forced me, after all these years, to use a borrowed machine to care for my taxes. No thanks H&R. You failed me! Next year I will look for something better than H&R.
