I was not able to import financial data from Wells Fargo which is a pretty big financial institution. There were 2 Arizona tax forms that were not created (forms 340 and 352) although the interview questions asked for that data. Luckily, I did my own review and realized I needed them before I submitted and had an issue. The state part of the software is incorrect!
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Doesn't maximize refund, Hard to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Had problems with my tax input data changing just by moving from one topic to another without changing it myself. This ruined any confidence I had in submitting to IRS. Tried online and telephone support options- both useless. Probably will never purchase software again.

Very helpful to have access to the same software year after year especially because importing previous year's information is so easy. However, there were some software clitches with this year's software. Data entry was reset or changed after entering and saving each version of the return. Puzzling why it was changed after saved. Had to go back in and reset information prior to submitting.
