This could be a bit easier to use. We have used this same software in the past, but it just doesn't seem intuitive on some things. I could not find this software in stores, so I had to purchase this online. I purchase more items online that in stores, but I was a little worried whether I would receive the activation code with my online order, etc.
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

This year the H&R Block software is unusually buggy. It randomly changes fields that have been input for no apparent reason - both the names of accounts and the amounts were randomly changed. I had to go through my return several times to fix these problems. I've been using H&R Block for many years now and this is the first year it has done this.

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have been using it for 4 consecutive years, obviously it is excellent product. However ,I wish it could make it simpler to report backdoor roth conversion, which I did every year.
