I have been using H&R Block software but not happy to see that it is not carrying foreign taxes to Form 114. We gave to remember to manually add that information and this is not good. It will be much easier for software to do it with minor enhancements.

"Been using HRB software for years. Last year a form was missing for a feature that I needed and I had to submit a paper copy to the IRS. This year the version did not include the ability to figure carryover loss for a K-1 LLC I own. I was getting a notification telling me I'd have to wait until the next version. That kept happening until the week of April 15, so my $9000+ refund was stalled for over a month because of YOUR software. I'm not sure I will go with HRB again next year. - two fails in two years is more than enough!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not user friendly
Required a form that wasn’t required - foreign income was well under threshold for requiring extra form
State Tax was bad. Did not transfer info on muni bonds from Fed form correctly. Had to override to correct. Then couldn’t submit electrically.
