Good but lacking State feature

I have used H&R Block tax software for a number of years and am generally satisfied with it. However, for the past two years they have failed me in the state program so that I was forced to mail my state return rather than e-file it which is a bit of a pain in the butt. The state sent out a letter explaining the credit and provided a code number which could have been included so you could e-file the return. However, the software had no provision for it to be included necessitating attaching the letter to a printed state form and mailing it to the tax
dept. So, not only could I not e-file my state I had to pay certified mail postage to mail it...not happy!
