Program changed information on 1099R (I have several) when I left this section. I have used your product for over 10 years and have never had this problem before. I reentered information 4 times only to have names changed and $$ amount altered. Also Font is to small with no way to adjust it.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming

It seems this years program is requiring more manual by person using software than in previous years on actual IRS forms

IRS PIN Input lacking

Entry of the IRS PIN should be part of the filing section. A prompt should be included before filing similar to the 5 digit entry for electronc signing so that filings are not rejected. A filer should not have to go to the miscellaneous input section to find the fiels to input the 6 digit PIN issued by the IRS. The software should be corrected with a simple prompt in the filing section. H&R B can do better.

Very disappointed that I couldn't efile. IRS rejected my return because the name on my return uses my middle initial but the name on 2 of my 1099-R forms uses my middle name. No way to correct this in your program. Had mail my tax returns. I hope this can be fixed before next year.

Tax returns for all my family members are done with no issues. I was worried that windows 11 was going to be a problem with downloading the software. I had no problems with the download and everything worked as expected.
Pros: Easy to prepare
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to import documents
