Works well for the price paid. I am wondering why the program won’t remind you about specific things you did on the previous year’s return while filling out the current year return. Also, I had an issue with a nonresident state return last year, but when I reached out to them about the issue, I never heard back. I guess it wasn’t a big surprise, but I was disappointed.
Pros: Easy to import documents
I would recommend this to a friend!

Happy long-time user, mid-March updates worry me

I have used H&R Block software for at least a decade.
I gave it a 4 star rating because even as late as 3/13/26 it was making updates and I wasn't sure if that meant things were all stable and my payment due or refund would not be correct (what about the people that had already filed in early March?)

Tax software does okay. Could do better. For instance, MS state does not fully carry on all needed items from Federal. Like, MS state income tax withheld from W-2Gs.
