easy to use and covers most topics adequately but had issues this year with an error message.
program said the IRS wasn't able to accept my return and needed an updated form...waited and
checked for a month to see what the updated form was with no updates. finally, just filed and
the IRS accepted the return.

The GoTo feature in the program is very useful when you miss entering a tax related amount in the required program screen, which will happen due to the rather generic naming of the tax related financial terms and sections. With regards to the Required Minimum Distribution of IRA's and 401k's, the program should allow the user to enter each IRA and 401k applicable total account balance and have the program calculate the RMD for the user to determine whether a sufficient amount of distribution was taken out.

It doesn't do what is should.

You never test your product! You are supposed to be able to pay with a credit card if you want to efile more than five returns. I am not a complete moron. I put in my credit card information and your miserable program says "You have already used your five free efiles," I know I used the five free efiles. That is why I checked the box to pay with a credit card. This is the same crap I went through years ago and you still have not fixed it.
Cons: Hard to prepare
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
