This product gets more difficult to use each year. Inputting and correcting information that downloads is hard to correct and is not intuitive. The requested corrections in the final interview required repeated saving, logging off, and re-entering until they "took." The product seems to go up in price and declines advertised discount.
Pros: Maximizes refund
Cons: Time consuming, Hard to prepare, Hard to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
