I've been using HR Block to do my taxes for years. The interface is very intuitive and the help features walk me through the process of completing my taxes each year. I can't imagine doing my taxes without it. Over the years, I have trusted the interview process to make sure my taxes are accurate. This includes my regular W2 wages as well as my side jobs and investment income.

I didn't like the fact that some items need to be clicked, while others require a double-click. This double-click at the wrong time caused me to miss a section that could have cost me money if I hadn't thoroughly gone through the review at the end.

It walks you through each step and has an accuracy check at the end to ensure you completed the various step correctly.
