Verified Purchase:Yes
State software that is supposed to be included in the deluxe version would not download. I had to purchase again inside the program. No apparent option to get refunds for additional purchases that was supposed to be included.
Pros: Easy to import documents
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I've used HRBlock Tax software for several years now, and it works quite well for the Federal return. This PA state return could use a little more help showing differences between federal and state tax rules.
Pros: Easy to prepare, Fast

When the software was ready to go, it worked great. Unfortunately, it took until mid-March to get all of the software ready to go!!

Had some difficulty. I paid foreign taxes. Filling out forms was difficult. I followed your instructions. Then during the review you found mistakes and i had to do them over. I only came back to your software since Turbotax will not run on windows 10. Next year I will upgrade to Windows 11.

I got my copy early and waited for my complicated managed account tax dealing file to be available late. The file downloaded smoothly and made the return easy for me. I've been using the program for many years and even though I now only do the standard deduction, it's still worth if to me.
